Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products
At My Magnet Store , we offer a 14-day return policy for non-customized products, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at mymagnetco@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
Please note that customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which excludes the right to withdraw for goods that are "made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized." As a result, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This is due to the nature of personalized products, which cannot be resold by the seller once created specifically for a customer.
Return Shipping Costs
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (receiving a defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Refund Process
For eligible returns, once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
